I have never signed a lease and i fear I am going to be evicted for nonpayment of rent Can they evict me if i give a moving notice?

Yes, they can if you do not move. In Oregon, your landlord can give you a 72 hour notice to pay your rent or move out. If you fail to either pay or move, the landlord can start an eviction proceeding to have you removed from the house.
