Tenant Legal Right to Privacy
If a person that lives in the garage of a house,and decides to visit a friend for a few weeks but still calls and checks in, does the homeowner have the legal right to decide to kick that person out, go through the persons belongings, pack up their property, and refuse to let them back in to pick up their items? Even if the property is in the garage that is attetched to the house?
