Someone has copied our website and placed in on the Internet

The person is question lives in Russsia, so we are not quite sure what to do? They have copied everything, layout, design and text.Our website is copyrighted and has been in existence for 3 years (almost) Unsure of how to proceed? Our website is run from two different locations, one in the United States and one in Israel. Although imitation is the highest form of flattery, we are really insulted this person did this.

At present there is no easy way to prevent international plagerism. Your remedy is to go to Russia and seek relief in their court system. Probably not something you care to do right now. In time there will be an international tribunal to deal with such problems, but it's creation is arguably a ways off.
