Army Reserve Enlistment

I have been out of the military for 20+years. I have a 20% VA Disability on my rt. ankle from in-line of duty status of my initial enlistment. I have just recently decided to go back in the Army Reserves. I am haveing serious swelling and pain in both ankles and my rt. knee when I try to run and get in shape. I have received 7500 of a 15000 prior service enlistment bonus. Is ther anything I can do to seek discharge due to the pain and swelling I am haveing?The reserves has really changed since I was last in and this is not for me any more. Please help with any advise for pursueing this matter

If you simply can't do it, there's a medical process for that. I sense the real issue is whether you have to pay back the enlistment bonus. This question is probably not new, so see your local "JAG" officer.
