Legal Question in Military Law in Oregon

Discharge upgrade

I received an Under Honorable Conditions Discharge (General) in the Air Force due to a pattern of misconduct. I had a lot of personal problems in the air force which took a toll on my military career. I joined the Air Force at 17 years old and was fine until about 6 months before I was discharged at the age of 20. I received a few LOC's for being late and then an LOR. I was young and not mature. I wish I was given counceling in the Air Force to help me but I never even though about it. I am a changed person now with a great family and this is still haunting me and don't know how to fix it. I look back and I am ashamed that they never even offered to give me REAL counseling with my problems because I was a great airman and way always will to help out no matter what. I was young and didnt know what I was thinking. I had ADHD since I was young and I still have it and including that had a lot of emotional stress in the military. I am now 25 years old and want to upgrade. Any advice on what I need to do?
