Legal Question in Military Law in Oregon
Girlfriend has had it with the navy..
She's said she's had it and is heading home. She hasn't been in for long,just finished boot and is waiting for school to start. Whats the process for getting her desertion legal battle taken care of?

Get her to turnaround and turn herself in. Staying gone for any length of time will only make matters worse.
