Legal Question in Military Law in Oregon
military discharge
my husband just finished boot camp as a marine. He has decided that this just isn't for him and he is getting depressed. he hasn't gone through combat training yet or anything, is there a way he can get out of the military?

The GI Rights Hotline 800_394_9544 is answered by a coalition of nonprofit, non-governmental organizations who provide information to members of the military about discharges, grievance and complaint procedures, and other civil rights.
They will provide answers to you but please see more detail at objector(dot)org before you call them.
