Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

car accident injuries of whiplash and fibromyalgia

I have developed fibromyalgia after three MVA's in the last year. 1-whiplash 2-re-injure 3-whiplash, hyperflexion. None of these were my fault. I have have had extreme wage loss and am still only able to work 20 hours a week. I am in need of information about cases involving personal injury and fibromyalgia including any that set precedent. Any help with regard to reversing denial of disability insurance that I self-pay through my employer would also be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

There are no "precedent" setting PI/fibromyalgia cases in Oregon at the appellate level. As to disability denial, my guess is that your disability plan does't provide for a partial or part time disability.
