Was in bad car wreck few days ago. Was already disabled. Concussion excruiating pain memory problems head neck back knee left arm stomache hurt. She admitted fault. Hit full force from rear while at complete stop.nausea dizziness.ect.

You didn't ask a question, but I presume you posted the information to solicit some advice. Given what you've said, the most important thing you can do on the legal side is to contact a personal injury lawyer immediately, and do this BEFORE you talk to the other party's insurer. Also, be sure you've filled out a report for DMV, and submit it if at all possible within 72 hours of the accident to any police station or DMV office.
