Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

car wreck

a couple of days ago a truck from a moving company lost controll and barraled through my bedroom window! I was not phisically injured because I was on the other side of the room but I am suffering emotional destress and obviously my posesions are ruined. The building I was living in is not owned by me so what kind of action do I need to take?

You should definitely hire a lawyer. I do not do these sorts of cases, but google Kafoury & McDougal to find a firm that does.

You could well have a valid lawsuit against the company and obtain payment for the damages caused to you and your possessions.
