Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

I went to the casino for a concert had valet park my car the valet driver wrecked my car into another car also being valet my insurance evaluated my car and came to the decision to total my car out and so I still owed on it and the value of my car was less that i owed on it so basically I still owe and I dont have a car to go to work or anything nor do I have money to put down on a car. I have had it for 3yrs and put 12,000 into it and I dont think I should have no car due to a valet drivers negelience. can I sue the driver or the casino even if I wanted to sue the driver they wont release the info of the driver to me what can I do?

You can sue the casino for the value of your car to you, less what your insurance already paid you. But it is likely that, when you accepted the token for valet parking, you agreed not to sue the casino, even it wrecked your car. Check the back of the ticket for liability limits and disclaimers of liability.
