Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

I was in the hospital on 11-14-2011 and feel and broke my wrist.

I have ask the hospital for a copy of the accident report and have been denied a copy.

Can they deny giving me a copy of my accident report?

I have also ask for some of my medical record and have not received those.

Can I send a demand letter for these thing?

They must give you the accident report. They must give you the medical record.
