Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

I have information regarding a personal injury legal case and the person who filed it

is not telling the truth, if I contact the person or company she is sueing and sell them information about her can I get in trouble?

Your scheme will not work. If you contact the target of the lawsuit and tell them you have relevant information about the lawsuit, they can issue a subpoena and require you to testify under oath--with no payment to you other than a miniscule witness transportation fee (maybe $50, depending on where you live).
