Get a lawyer. Personal injury attorneys will handle cases like this on a contingency basis -- that is, no charge to you unless you get money from the company that injured you.
I do not handle cases like this, but Google Kafoury and McDougal law firm in Portland. They do.
Don't sign anything in the meantime.
