Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

Son hit by car while on bike

My son was hit and the driver was not cited. At least one witness and my say she actually hit him twice and then witnesses jumped in front of her because she kept moving forward after he was on the ground. What can I do?

Retain an attorney asap. I do not do such cases, but I know that Greg Kafoury does at the Kafoury-McDougal law firm in Portland. We are not allowed to leave phone numbers on this system, but he is in the phone book.

You need the attorney to contact the witnesses and interview them under oath (deposition) to establish the facts. You need the attorney to deal with the driver's insurance company and obtain either a good settlement or go to court.
