Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

I had a work related injury to my left lower leg ankle and just below my knee this happened in the fall of 2008 my employer at the time made me go back to driveing before I was released from lite duty. I have a limp due to the injury and aprox 6 month's later I was discharged. Im unemployed at 56 yrs old I no that my limp has had an effect in getting a job, do I have legal recourse to receice any compensation for my injury?

You may well have legal recourse.
