Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

Asset Freeze

Is there a ''freeze'' on a person's assets so those assets cannot be disposed of or transferred once a civil judgement has been won? Would that ''freeze'' be effective the date the person is served or the date the judgement is granted or even a timeframe prior to the service or judgement dates?
