Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon
We bought a house nearly 2 years ago. We have just recently noticed that many of the repairs that the seller agreed to complete before we moved in were not done. Do we have any recourse?

Look at the purchase and sale agreement and the other documents you received at closing. Those documents quite likely state your agreement that all conditions for the sale have been met, including resolution of repair issues.
If not, do you have something in writing where the seller agreed to do the specific repairs? If so, you have a contract with the seller and can sue him for breach of contract within 6 years of the time of the breach?
But, your agreement with the seller quite likely states your agreement that all conditions precedent to the transaction, including repairs, have been done and that you have no claims against the seller.
