Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

My name is Ciara Nurre and I am 13 years old. I recently moved away from my father because of personal reasons. About a year before that, I let him borrow approximately 3,000 dollars from my bank account so he could use it to pay his employees. He still hasn't paid me back. I was going to use that money for college, a car, things like that. A month ago, I asked him if i could atleast have 100 dollars of the money to use to buy some scool clothes. His response was "I would love to to take you shopping for school clothes, but remember the clothes would have to stay at my house." He doesn't understand that I am not going back to him and I'm staying with my mom. I am fusturated at how stubborn he is being. So, I am wondering if i am abl to do somethin to get all my money back from him and keep itunder my name ormy mother's name. Thank you.

You can sue him in small claims court.

If your parents are recently divorced, you may be able to file a complaint with the court, pointing out that your father has, in effect, stolen your money.
