Can all foreclosures on single family homes in Oregon be stopped by paying late payments and fees or only judicial or non judicial?

The way to stop a foreclosure depends on the type of foreclosure process.

Advertisement & sale - payment of all late payments; correction of other defaults and payment of attorney fees & costs at least 5 days before the foreclosure date

Judicial Foreclosure - payment in full of the entire balance plus interest, attorneys fees & costs

Contract forfeiture - payment of the late payments, correction of other defaults, fees, attorneys fees & costs within 60 -120 days depending on the percentage of the contact balance at the time.
