Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

My husband had a stroke and is disabled. Should I die I want my children to inherit our house as easily as possible. What is the best way to do this. He is willing to give up his rights to the house.

There are too many details necessary to understand what and why you want to go this route. If the goal is to avoid his medical creditors, you might have some issues. Ordinarily, you cannot entirely disinherit a spouse. You really need to sit down with your own estate planning attorney (perhaps each you and your spouse will need your own attorney) to discuss your goals.
