Re: landlord inspections

I generally recommend that landlords not do any inspections after giving a tenant notice to leave the property unless there is an emergency.

The question of frequency of inspections is one that comes up frequently from landlords. When inspections become harassment requires an examination of the totality of the circumstances, so there is no bright-line answer to your question.

Our office represents only landlords in landlord-tenant matters. Please call us for a consultation regarding problem tenants.
