Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

Is there any legal recourse against an absent homeowner that is allowing people involved in drugs to live in his home? It is very active drug wise and hurting home values. Making physical health problem worse due to stress of activity.

Yes. First, call the police and tell them that drug activity is occurring. Second, you can sue the homeowner for damages for "nuisance" and for hurting your home value.
