Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon
I am married and we are buying a house but I am not on the loan. How can I make sure I am on the title of the house when I am not on the loan?

If your name is on the title to the home, then your name will be on the title to the home. It's not more complicated than that. If your spouse is doing something that seems fishy by leaving you off the loan and title to property that you're both purchasing, you should probably talk with him or her first.
