Quickclaim Deed

I have a QuickClaim Deed against me and my question is that the date that is stated on the Deed is that when it's valid or is it valid from the date that it got Filed ?

First, there is no such thing as a "Quickclaim Deed." It is a quitclaim deed. And there is no such thing as a deed "against you." A deed merely states who owns the property. In general, a deed is effective when it is signed by all the necessary parties. But, in general, it cannot be enforced until after it is filed in the county property records.
