Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

Real estate civil suit

I am being threatened with arbitration for non-disclosure issues. There is one issue that might have some traction; which I have agreed to fix at a ridiculous price. The other party wants more money since contract says loser payes all fees so he has nothing to lose. Is there anyway to defend myself

Re: Real estate civil suit

The short answer, without knowing the details, is yes, there is a way to defend yourself. Residential sale agreements are statute driven, but you present some facts which may give rise to valid defenses. Contact a lawyer. Please note, this answer does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
