How do I re-posess a business that I sold to someone who has defaulted on four different payment arrangements?

Look at the contract and see what "self-help" rights it gives you to repossess (such as entering the premises, changing the locks, etc.). If there are no provisions for self-help repossession, then sue the buyer for the money she owes you. When she does not pay the judgment, you can have the county sheriff seize the property of the business.
