Can a seller cancel a contract to sell his home within three business days

No. There are very few contracts that contain such a cancellation clause.
One of the few contracts that Oregon law requires be allowed to be canceled within 3 business days is a contract to purchase goods/services that you enter into with a door-to-door sales person. Many people think that this right is extended to other consumer type contracts, but that is NOT true.
In the real estate arena, the only contract that can be canceled within 3 business days is a mortgage refinance.
