Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

I am splitting with my partner. We are both on the mortgage, deed and title. Can she make me leave the house? I have been a stay at home mom for two years, so she has paid the majority on the bills.

Your partner cannot force you to leave; you have the right to live in a house you jointly own. Your partner can, however go to court for a "partition" of the property. In the case of a house, which literally cannot be split down the middle, a partition means that the house is sold and you get your share in money. So your partner can probably force the house to be sold.
