I have the RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP on a Bargain and Sale Deed with my mother whom recently past away.

What steps do I now take to put the house in my name?

Sorry for your loss. Assuming your name is on the recorded deed, you should talk with a title company about recording the death certificate. If there are other assets beyond the house that need probated, you should talk with your own probate attorney.
