Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

I currently own a timeshare in Florida. I cannot sell it, donate it, or give it away. I am now without a job and cannot pay the maintenance fees on it. My question is what can and will they do to me.

"They" will seize your ownership interest in the timeshare and use it to pay the maintenance fees, until your ownership interest is exhausted. Then you will not own it at all.
