Legal Question in Social Security Law in Oregon

Am I eligable for my ex-husbands Social Security? We have been divorced for 4+ years, I have not remarried and I am 73 years old. I do collect Socil Security from my own account.

If you were married for more than 10 years and if your ex is or has been entitled to benefits and if the amount to be received under his account is greater than on the account you are currently getting benefits - then Yes
