The IRS accessed civil penalties against me for old 941 taxes that were notpaid.Can they take my house and sell it?We are poor and have nothing really to sell or money to pay

You should have hired a tax attorney BEFORE the assessment. The IRS can collect money from bank accounts, wages, and any source of income, including some of your Social Security. Your house may be in jeopardy depending on how it is titled and the liens against it. Nevertheless, that is usually the last thing the IRS takes.
