Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oregon
four day before my birthday i received and mip for alcohol, i have one previous mip charge and if i am convicted of the mip four days before my 21st they will take my license for one year. in that happening, i will lose my job and probably my house in cab fees for my spouse and i because she doesnt drive. is there anyway i will be able to continue driving at least to take my girlfriend and i to work and maybe some other necessities?

Talk to a DMV branch office about your eligibility for a "Hardship Permit." The are ordinarily available for going to and from work and similar necessities. DMV will give you details on that. You probably will have to obtain special "SR-22" insurance.
