''What is going to happen?''

my name is--name removed--and i am 15 and am being charged with unatherized use of a motor vehical it was my moms car no damage and i admited to the crime i was put on formal acountability to go to school and do well and did not do well now i have to go formal in front of a judge what is the usal scentenc for a crime like this i am very smart and dont want to wast my life on this car i have goals so is there anything i can say or do to help ???? thanx--name removed---name removed--

You may be very smart, but your spelling is atrocious and your grammar is worse. Please don't give up on school now - you desperately need it.

Your best bet is to go before the Judge and admit that you have not performed to expectations and ask for another chance. Regardless of what the judge does, return to school, do at least the minimum, and when your command of the language improves you will be better able to sell how smart you are.
