If an officer reads you your Miranda Rights are you under arrest?

It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is whether or not you kept your mouth shut or you answered the cop's questions. Miranda doesn't help you if you disregarded the Miranda warnings by waiving your rights and talking. The only thing you need to know is whenever a cop asks you a question you say: "I'm invoking my rights to remain silent and my rights to a lawyer. I want to call a lawyer now!" Then, SHUT YOUR CAKE HOLE!!!
