Uninsured motorist
I rear-ended another person, she had to go to the hospital because she claimed to have a neck injury. I was driving without insurance. I would like to know what's kind of problems am I going to face and what I can do?

You may face a citation for failure to maintain liability insurance, usually a small fine, but otherwise you should not have any problems. The one who failed to maintain the proper distance and struck you from behind is responsible for the damages resulting from the collision. Consult a personal injury attorney in your town.
