Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

Dissolving Trusts

Is there any law currently in force that allows the

beneficiaries of a trust set by the terms of the

decedents will to be dissolved due to mis-management by the trustee such as a bank or any other person or

institution? Is there any law that allows this without the above?
