Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon
I heard that if someone does not have a will, that their adopted child would get all of the estate over the biological children. Is this correct?
Both my parents are currently living and they have two biological children. They adopted me after the other two children were born.
Thanks!

No, that is not correct.
Biological children and adopted children each receive one share of the estate.
