If we have no attorney and we have a will. Does this have to go through probate Attorney?
We live in California the deceased lives on Oregon.
What if we have a will and the attorney who wrote up does not have a copy so we have no signatures.

Re: probate
First of all, if the deceased was in Oregon, you need a probate attorney in Oregon. If the deceased died without a will or a trust, then it depends on the size of the estate as to whether or not it needs to be probated. I would recommend contacting an attorney in Oregon.
