property after remarriage
In my ex-husbands will he left me 3 rental property's because I am on a joint loan. He has re-marriaged since we drew up the will. Is there a problem if he dies with the property going to me? Does she have to sign anything saying this is okay?

It depends on whether the will was made while you were married or after your divorce. If it was after the divorce, and you were left the properties, you would get them after the probate.
You should understand that he could change his will at any time, unless this provision was part of your divorce settlement agreement.
