Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
I am out of Pakistan for health reasons. What if some one sue me and send court summons?

court summons means that a case is pending against you, this is no problem if you are not in Pakistan in parson you can very well be represented in court by an advocate to contest.

not a big issue it is mentioned in summons to appear in person through attorney. u can give special attorney to some one who will enggage counsel for you and will apear on your behalf and can also give any statment etc.
