Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
sir we are 2 brother i am the younger my elder brother have done murder in 1995 and now he is free and his relation is not good with me.....so also my father is giving his side in everything.and i am a educated person and married and living peacfully.so my father ne mujy aak be kar dya property see.now my brother and father is sayng to me we have lot of enenmy and if u will not take our side then if anything happend we will be involved u.so sir how can i save my self from them..and from there enemy...pls guide me i am a educated person and have kids and have good job

Dear , aap k father nay already aap ko aaq kar dia ha. To un k acts k aap zima dar nae ho saktay.
uss aaq namay ko save rakhain ta k future me aap k kam aa sakay.
lakin agar uss aaq namay ko challenge krna ha to aur baat ha.
prepare and publish AAQ nama as ur father did u too declare "IZHAR e LAATALLUQI" towards their acts
