Legal Question in Disability Law in Pakistan
i meet a seller online he is selling iphone to me, He wants me to send money through western union.He told me to send money and just tell him reciver name which he has given so that he can check the payment status. when i recive goods then i tell him MTCN[money transfer control number].
please help me is this safe to do this transaction or it's a scam.

in fact you better inquire it from western union people that in case you dont get your ordered item and you have sent the money for it with out mentioning the MTCN ,could you reverse the process or get your money.if they are covering up for both of the parties on either side of the transaction then its safe otherwise think twice.
