can a mother check almirah of 24 years boy ?tell me relation to ethics,legally and socially,

If u consider her a mother then yes.
There is no such law in Pakistan that a mother can not check a almirah of her own son. But u can complain at Child Complained cell at Mohtasib Punjab.
