There are several grounds mentioned in section 2 of West Pakistan Dessolution of Marriage Act 1939 according to which the court can award decree for dessolution of marriage in favour of wife. Some of these grounds include Impotency of Husband, his relations with womer of irrepute, non payment of maintainance, no whereabout, lunacy and few others. Apart from that a woman can always move for dessolution of marriage on the bases of Khula. For more do consult me at [email protected]
