Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
Two friends who are Engineers and employed in a private company tendered their resignations (due to indecent/harsh behavior of firm's owner) and willing to start their own business (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering services & provision and installation of equipments) by making a firm. Please advise how a registered PARTNERSHIP FIRM can be established & what is the procedure to obtain NTN # for this firm? In how many days NTN # can be issued? Is it necessary that Firms office should exists at commercial premises or office can also be established at home address? Your early reply is requested as both the engineers are married and having families as such they have to start the business as soon as possible.
