Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
It has been informed by an Advocate that to obtain certified copies of Order & relevant Succession Certificate in a deceased account case, Bank has to request the court through Advocate by signing Vakalatnama as mere requesting in writing to the Court would not serve the purpose. Is it correct? Moreover a fee of Rs.1,500/- as legal fee for obtaining above documents from the court has been demanded from the bank.
