Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
It is said that "Justice delayed is Justice denied". Would it not be correct that as in our judicial system number of years are taken to decide a case, it simply justified that JUSTICE is DENIED!!!!!!!!

it is also said that NO BODY SHOULD BE CONDEMNED UNHEARD
version of every interested party should be on record to compete justice.
