Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
According to Quran, the people who do not give decisions according to ALLAH'S orders as given in Quran & Sunna are disbelievers. Since our courts are not following islam in giving decisions to various crimes/offenses rather laws governed by Britishers are being followed. Here what is the responsibility of our Judges & lawyers as this world / universe would not last for ever and all of us will be accountable to ALLAH on doom's day?

Dear Judges and Lawyers are not Law makers but only followers of the Law and Law makers are the Parlimantairians and those are elected by the peoples of Pakistan so You and Me both are responsible for that wrongs or un islamic decisions.
The most superior law of the country is Constitution... Article 203-d of constitution declares any law against the injunctions of Quran and Sunnah as void. Good judges always decide according to Islamic law...
